Before you build anything, go ask them.
Everything else in this quiz you can answer from your own experience. Whether people want to learn this from you is the one thing you can't answer without asking, and it's what a course lives or dies on. Plenty of people build the whole thing and find out afterward that their clients wanted it done rather than taught.
This takes a week, not a quarter. Write three to five sentences describing the thing you'd build. Take that description to eight or ten people who look like your buyers and ask them: Is this something you'd want to learn to do yourself? How much time do you have in a week? What's your experience with this already?
Their answers tell you which result you'd actually have gotten here, and they give you the raw material for the course if the answer is yes.
Quiz results are a starting point, not a verdict. Come back and take this again once you've asked.
