You Don't Have Time to Build a Course That Flops.
Most people either build the wrong thing (and launch to crickets) OR get so paralyzed by options that they never build anything at all. Both suck.
So while you’re ready to shift to a group offer, you also want to make sure it’s gonna work, keep your magic, AND love it.
Tall order? Not for me.
Next Challenge Dates: April 13-24th, 2026
It can be as easy as a 2-week challenge to go from "WTF should I create?" to "Here's what I'm building and people actually want it."
What This Challenge Does:
This isn't a course about creating courses. (The irony is not lost on me.)
It's a 2-week, step-by-step process that helps you:
✓ Get clarity on what to build (without the guessing)
✓ Validate your idea BEFORE you waste time building it
✓ Keep your magic instead of turning into a boring course robot
✓ Actually make progress instead of spinning in analysis paralysis
You'll work through 5 steps, either on your own or in live coworking sessions with me and other folks doing the same work.
At the end, you’ll have:
Ideas out of your head (brain dumping)
Patterns from your past work (looking backwards)
A decision about what you're building (making decisions)
A description of your offer (writing descriptions)
Questions to ask for feedback from potential buyers (will anyone buy it) - you might even have some responses.

Here's How This Works
5 Steps Over 2 Weeks
Step 1: Brain Dumping
Get every course idea out of your head. All of them. The good, the bad, the "this is probably stupid but maybe..." ones.
Step 2: Looking Backwards to Look Forwards
Mine your past client work (or your own experience) for patterns. Find the gold that's already in your business instead of making shit up from scratch.
Step 3: Making Decisions
Choose what you're actually building. No more "keeping your options open." Time to decide.
Step 4: Writing Descriptions
Turn your idea into words. Write descriptions that real humans can read and say "yes, I want that" or "nope, not for me."
Step 5: Will Anyone Buy It?
Share your idea with potential clients and ask if they'd actually buy it. This is how you avoid wasting time and energy building something nobody wants; you’ve validated your idea so you KNOW it’ll work.

What You Get
Step-by-step worksheets for all 5 steps (fillable, with prompts to guide you)
Audio walkthroughs for each step (because sometimes you need to hear it)
5 live coworking sessions over 2 weeks (come work with me and other folks creating courses)
Voice note Q&A (submit questions, get answers in the next day's email)
Access to FREE monthly coworking sessions even after the challenge ends
This IS for you if:
You're a coach, consultant, or service provider who's done enough 1:1 work to see patterns
You want to create a group program/course but don't know which idea to pursue
You're tired of guru-style "just launch it!" advice that ignores whether people actually want the thing
You want validation BEFORE you spend months building
You value learning science over marketing hype
This Is NOT For You If:
You're looking for a "get rich quick" course formula
You want someone to tell you exactly what to build without doing any thinking yourself
You're not willing to actually ask people if they'd buy your idea
You think you can skip validation and just hope for the best
Why this works
Most people skip the validation step and build courses based on what they THINK people want.
Then they launch to silence.
This challenge forces you to test your idea with real humans BEFORE you waste time building.
It's the anti-guru approach:
learning science over hype,
real feedback over assumptions,
actual progress over "just believe in yourself" BS.
You'll know what to build. You'll know people want it. And you'll have the foundation to create something that works.
FAQ
-
No problem. All the work can be done on your own with the worksheets and audio guides. The coworking sessions are there for support and accountability, but they're not required.
-
You could still do this if you’ve been creating in other spaces and so have been building community. For example, if you have a podcast but don’t offer services yet. You’ve got people AND you’ve been listening. If that’s not the case and you’re a new service provider, I don’t usually recommend you create a course before you have clients.
-
This challenge follows the same 5 steps but adds live accountability, community, and Q&A support. It's a great way to revisit with fresh eyes or finally finish what you started.
-
You keep all the materials and can continue working at your own pace. You also get access to my free monthly coworking sessions. If you want ongoing support, you can apply your $27 investment towards a strategy session, any 1:1 service, or Course Maker Membership.
-
Perfect. Step 3 has you narrow down to your top 3, then you validate your #1 pick. You can always come back and build the others later.
-
Nope. This challenge is about DECIDING what to build and VALIDATING that people want it. If you want help building it after, that's what my other programs are for and I’d love to support you. You can apply your $27 investment towards a strategy session, any 1:1 service, or Course Maker Membership.

The email challenge is sent out over two weeks. The only real live piece is if you want to take advantage of the accountability time. Those take place on Tuesday/Thursday of the first week and Monday/Wednesday/Friday of the second week from 2-2:30pm ET.
