My services info is organized first by where you are in the process and second by how much support you're looking for. I help folks who fall into one of two categories:

You want a course, but you're overwhelmed or stuck.

You're not alone. Teachers get entire degrees to develop curriculum, and you didn't set out to become a teacher, or maybe you used to be, but it's a whole different animal.

Either way, there are a lot of different approaches to course creation, but the ones I take at CM Learning Design are about efficiency based on learning science. I've been teaching adults online since 2009, and done funded research in teaching and learning online.

You might be a go-getter, a DIY-er, an "I can do it myself" kinda person. Me, too. But admitting when you're stuck and need an expert is, what I've come to realize, a huge step in adulting.

There are a lot of ways to finish that sentence

  • it's not selling (the first, second, third, millionth time)

  • nobody is finishing

  • I can't get testimonials or reviews

  • I hate it

  • it's just not working for me.
