You’re ready to pull the duct tape out to hold your course outline together. You’ve got the content, maybe a pile of outcomes, but it just doesn’t feel right. You can’t figure out what should come first or how any of it connects and you DO NOT want to create a course that collects digital dust.

In 90 minutes, we’ll take your course goal and map the path from lesson one to the change they’re coming to get. Got more than one goal? The path is repeatable, so you’ll be able to outline every goal this way.

Your course clients will know exactly how and why the things you’re asking them to do will get them from lesson one to a real result.

What do we actually DO?

Bring the course goals and client results you want to build. We pick a goal and outline the whole journey. That outline becomes the pattern for you to follow if you have multiple goals or even on the next course you want to create.

One goal outlined step 1 through to the end (and a pattern ready to use for other goals)
An actual implementation plan for other goals or courses

I’m an instructional designer that’s taught over 3,000 adults online across 8 schools. I’ve also done grant-funded research on how people learn, so the PhD and instructional design background have gotten real live use.

The strategies in this session are tried and true (and backed by research) methods for designing learning experiences where people actually, ya know, learn.
